This is the thirteen annual report of the CSIR. This report covers the period from the 1st April, 1957, to the 31st March, 1958, which coincides with the end of the Council’s financial year. A balance sheet and statements of income and expenditure for the financial year ended 31st March 1958, certified by the Controller and Auditor general is also presented.
