In Raman spectra of SWCNTs, there are many features which can be identifed with specific phonon modes and with specific Raman scattering processes that contribute to each feature. Mechanical, elastic and thermal properties are strongly influenced phonons. Thus, Raman spectra provide a very detailed information on the properties of SWCNTs. Experiments has been made and results are shown |
