The aim of this study was to investigate the following:how accelerated pavement testing predictions compare with actual road behaviour and performance the relative influences of load and environmental factors on pavement deterioration and how well predictions made with the World Bank's Highway Design and Maintenance program compare with rutting curves obtained with accelerated tests.
