The purpose of the project is to use systems methodologies developed in a science and engineering environment and to apply these towards a better understanding of the National Poverty Alleviation System. The aim of such a project is to establish a suitable framework for analysis and to enable stakeholders and decision-makers to engage towards a more effective system.
