dc.description.abstract The original intention of this project was to sponsor a number of non-researchers to attend the workshop. In this particular case, that would have been of little benefit as no definite knowledge in a practically usable form was released. The benefit was restricted to research as opposed to application, and in that sense it was beneficial to sponsor a researcher to attend.
