Abstract:
This is the CSIR second annual report for the year ended October 5th, 1947. In accordance with the requirements of the Scientific Research Council Act, the report also presents the balance sheet and statement of income expenditure certified by the Controller and Auditor-General for the financial year ended 31st March, 1947.
